The Winterberg Mountain Inn, close to major wedding venues like Olive Rock (2km), Waverley Hills (5km) and De Liefde Belofteland 8km), is owned and run by Reint and Karien Grobler, two former journalists who, in 2009, started up Die Tolhuis Country Bistro in Michell’s Pass, a stone’s-throw away from the Winterberg Mountain Inn.
After turning Die Tolhuis into a much visited and loved eatery amongst tourists and locals alike, the couple acquired the Winterberg Mountain Inn (formerly Mill & Oaks Inn).
The Inn’s front of house management and accommodation is handled by Karien and Reint heads up the kitchen team and is responsible for marketing.
We are situated halfway between Ceres and Wolseley on the R43 main road from Worcester to Ceres, about 2km’s from the Olive Rock wedding venue and 5km from the Waverly Hills wedding venue
